Position:
Senior Quality Assurance – KPO Services.

Location:
Chennai

Job Description:

• Conduct internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established QA standards for the existing processes on a Monthly basis.
• Send NCR and Follow up on Non-Conformance and re-audit for the fixes.
• Monitor daily reports sent by the quality team.
• Create weekly/monthly/ quarterly reports for various internal teams.
• Conduct Governance meetings for defect management and Implement corrective and preventive action as required.
• Perform analytics on data and present the improvement areas to the management.
• Monitor daily reports sent by the quality team.
• Create weekly/monthly/ quarterly reports for various internal teams.
• Create presentations on the team performance for the top management on a monthly basis.
• Manage the actions tracker and perform continuous follow-ups and update the tracker accordingly.
• Functional knowledge of Excel with advanced expertise with Excel Macros / Pivot tables.

• ISO/ISMS Auditing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified/Trained.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years of experience in the quality team out of which min 2 years handling the below responsibilities:

• Experience is conducting ISO/ISMS audits.
• Experience in conducting data analysis using MS Excel/ Minitab to identify the improvement areas.
• Implement process corrective action as required.
• Generate the accurate scores and send the report to all concerned departments.
• Lean/Green Belt Project Experience is an added advantage.
