Job Description:

• Experience with Property Management, Financial systems and/or Work-flow systems.
• Ability to deal and communicate with Client seamlessly.
• Exposure to multilingual leases and exposure to different lease abstraction platforms.
• Subject matter expert in all Lease abstraction areas.
• Provide guidance and advice to teams on core business processes and system.
• Good exposure in preparation and maintenance of Document Management.
• Ability to utilize team resources at optimum level and control attrition.
• Ability to analyze the issues in Delivering file for his team and solving the issue at a quick time.
• Preparing the process related documents.
• Training the new members and on new updates on the process and project.
• Report preparation and updating the details as per the requirements.
• Experience with Property Management or Accounting Systems an advantage.

Skills

• Handling a team will be an additional qualification
• 3+ years of experience in Lease Abstraction services
• Dedication to customer service and quality of service
• Task-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize issues
• Thrives on working as part of a team and achieving team goals
