Job Description:

• Proofread and edit content for e-commerce website product descriptions.
• Researching information and writing relevant content as per the style, tone, and as per requirements of the customers.
• Should filter information into clear and concise text and have the ability to present content in the most engaging manner.
• Creative thinker with the ability to transform technical and digital information and processes into compelling content.
• Develop grammatically correct and quality content across different verticals.
• Analyze information from multiple sources (SME, Offline, and Online) and use them to create original documents for a wide variety of corporate and academic clients.
• Work with the product team and other stakeholders to align content with an overall strategy.
• Help craft simple yet engaging copy for online and interactive applications.
• Moderate and manage the content written by the team.
• Handle a team & work along with the team members.

Experience:

• Min 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Work experience with e-commerce / online stores, apps and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Must have led and managed a team of 5 or more in a real-time delivery environment.
• Experience in creating content for websites/magazines/blogs (provide sample work).
• Managing external partners, working with senior management, business users, and customers.

Skills:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in English Hons., Mass Communication, Journalism or Arts.
• Excellent command over English.
• Ability to write engaging online content.
• Creative and passionate.
• Avid reader & online researcher.
• Basic MS Office knowledge including MS Word and Excel.
